CCI User eXperience Laboratory

User experience testing provides insights about how people interact with technology and what can be done to improve those interactions. 

The CCI User-eXperience Lab (UXL) has the expertise and tools to examine these interactions and provide guidance to improve usability.

UXL offers a full range of UX research services for university, government, and private organizations.

Since 2008, our clients have used the expertise and tools in the lab to build more user-centered and effective technology. As of May 2018, the UXL is a core facility at the University of Tennessee.  See UXL Services for pricing information.
